Blindly is a professional matchmaking service that provides curated introductions and date arrangements. We facilitate introductions only and do not guarantee romantic outcomes, relationships, or compatibility.

Our role is to introduce potential matches thoughtfully and in good faith, not to promise specific results.

2. Eligibility

To apply for Blindly, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information

• Not impersonate another individual

Blindly reserves the right to decline applications or terminate services if information provided is misleading, inaccurate, or false.

3. Applications & Waitlist

Blindly operates a waitlist-based matchmaking model.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee a match

• Applications are reviewed at the discretion of Blindly

• Timeframes for matching vary depending on compatibility and availability

• Blindly may pause or delay matching to maintain quality and safety

4. Payments

• Payment is only taken once a match has been confirmed and the service is ready to proceed

• Payment will be requested via email or secure payment link

• Once payment is made and matchmaking or date planning has begun, fees are non-refundable

• Pricing details are outlined on the website at the time payment is requested

Blindly does not take upfront payment for waitlist placement unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations

• If you choose not to proceed after receiving a match offer, no payment is required

• If payment has been made and services have commenced, cancellations are not eligible for refunds

6. Safety & Responsibility

Blindly takes reasonable care when arranging matches; however, we are not responsible for:

• Behaviour, actions, or decisions of users

• Events occurring during or after dates

• Personal safety, emotional outcomes, or interactions

You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions when meeting someone in person. We strongly encourage meeting in public places and following standard personal safety practices.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Blindly agrees to keep your personal information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to share personal or identifying information about your matches without their explicit consent.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Blindly reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services without refund if a user engages in:

• Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour

• Harassment or abuse

• Dishonesty or misuse of the service

• Breach of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Blindly is not liable for:

• Emotional distress or disappointment

• Personal injury or loss

• Property damage

• Relationship outcomes

Blindly’s responsibility is limited to providing introductions only.

10. Termination

Blindly may suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are breached or if continued participation is deemed inappropriate.
